Salt Lake Winter Olympics
"You have a 28-acre parking lot. Build a professional temporary transportation system for a 22-day high-profile international event." The James J. Palmeri Company was up for the challenge. We built a temporary facility complete with maintenance, sanitary facilities, bus wash, drivers' lounge, and offices for 24-hour dispatch with 8 temporary dispatchers — plus a driver training program and manual, and flew around the country to train over 600 drivers in first-class service and international etiquette.
Travel Alliance Partners, LLC
We were hired to take a volunteer organization to a new level. Today, 32 tour operators with sales approaching $300 million are increasing sales and lowering overhead daily. In a model never attempted in the industry, we took the strategic vision and put together an engineered plan to steadily right-size the partners and create a growth plan that now has the organization extremely successful.
